Land Transfer Tax – I have to file what???

A look at Land Transfer Tax filings to be made for transactions where information and documentation has to be delivered to the Ministry of Finance and where applicable, the City of Toronto.  We will look at registered transfers that still require additional information to be provided and also at unregistered beneficial transfers.
