ILCO PROVINCIAL COURSE AND EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

Please note that registration for courses starting in September will open in August 2024. Registration for courses starting in February will open in January 2025. Please check our website for updates. 

All Provincial Examinations are closed book. Litigation registrants are permitted to bring any version of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and related forms.

Important Notice: The exam registration is separate from the course registration. Registration for each exam will open in advance of the exam date. Please check the website for updates or email education@ilco.on.ca for any questions regarding exam registration.

Please Note:  There is no post-exam review and appeal process for the Provincial or Alternate exams.

REFUND POLICY: The course fee is non-refundable past the withdraw date listed on the registration page. Course or exam fees are not transferable. 

RESCHEDULING:  There is no option to reschedule the exam. The set exam dates below are final.

2023 - 2024 ILCO PROVINCIAL EXAMINATION

Exam Fee: $200.00 + H.S.T

*Syllabus Fee: $60.00 + H.S.T

*Available to purchase for those who wish to Self-Study. The purchase of the syllabus is not required for course registrants.

2024 ALTERNATE PROVINCIAL EXAMINATIONS

The Alternate Exams will be held in person at the ILCO office located at 20 Adelaide St E #502, Toronto, ON M5C 2T6.

Time: Students must arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The exam commences at 9:15 a.m.

Exam Fee: $300 + HST
