Please Note: THE ONLY MATERIALS PERMITTED INTO THE LITIGATION EXAM ARE: The Ontario Superior Court Practice, Ontario Civil Practice and Forms, or Ontario Annual Practice and Forms (any version of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and related forms is permitted). Tabbing of the text and minor notes in the text are also permitted. All other notes, textbooks or supplementary materials are not permitted. No photocopies of any sort are allowed.

ALTERNATE PROVINCIAL LITIGATION EXAM
DATE: Saturday July 19, 2025 - Time TBA

The Alternate Exam will be held in person at the ILCO office located at 20 Adelaide St E #502, Toronto, ON M5C 2T6.

Exam Fee:  $300.00 + HST.

Please Note: All  Associate Provincial Examinations are closed book with the exception of Litigation. The Alternate Exam will be held in person at the ILCO office located at 20 Adelaide St E #503, Toronto, ON M5C 2T6.

Time: Students must arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The exam commences at 9:15 a.m.
