ILCO ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
LITIGATION
A diverse area of civil practice that presents you with a wide range of duties and responsibilities. These may include legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing documents for court proceedings, preparing documentary evidence, preparing for and assisting at trial, appeals, conducting examinations in aid of execution and the enforcement of orders. This course is especially appropriate for those currently employed as law clerks or experienced legal assistants.
Course Instructor: Lori Markus
The Litigation course is offered annually and runs from September to March.
ATTENDANCE: Attendance is mandatory. Classes will not be recorded. Students are expected to attend class on a regular basis.
EXAM DATE: March 20th, 2025 (online)

REFUND POLICY: Please note that there is no course fee refund after the 'withdraw date' and once you receive course login and syllabus.

ILCO is pleased to offer the Associate Litigation Course via live Webinar sessions on Zoom.
The Litigation Course runs 25 weeks and starts Thursday September 5th, 2024 - March 6th 2025 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. There is no lecture on December 26th and January 2nd, 2025.
**Please note there is no class on October 3rd. The make-up class is on Monday September 30, 2024. A recording for this class may be available.**
