Trial Preparation – Defence Perspective

“Trial Preparation – Defence Perspective” is a broad overview of what is involved in preparing for trial. The presentation will focus on the legal concept of evidence, communication with witnesses, organization of trial briefs,  drafting of trial documents, and trial etiquette. It will also offer guidelines and helpful tips with respect to virtual and in-person trials.
