E-DISCOVERY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Seven sessions offered over the lunch hour presented by E-Discovery lawyers, law Clerks, Industry Experts and Vendors. Attendees will work through a case study through each session You will have access to templates and resources. A certificate will be awarded by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario for the completion of the E-Discovery Course (all 7 sessions).

Harold is the Forensics Lead for Epiq Canada and consults with clients on all sections of the EDRM model. Harold has over 30 years experience in Information Technology Management including 15 years in Computer Forensics, Data Collections and eDiscovery
Harold holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Technology with a minor in Mathematical Sciences.
Harold is also a Certified Relativity Administrator.
Trena Patton | Solutions Architect
Trena consults with corporate and law firm clients in the area of electronic discovery in building and maintaining high-quality and efficient workflows and processes. Trena is a drafting team leader for the Sedona Conference WG1 Commentary on Managing eDiscovery in Small Cases and served as the Charlotte Chapter Director of Women in eDiscovery.
Trena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from UNC Greensboro, a Master of Science in Accounting from College of Charleston and a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University.
