Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (“ONCA”) is expected to be proclaimed soon in 2021 replacing Ontario Corporations Act (“OCA”), whose Part III governs non-share capital corporations.  This presentation will cover the implications of the ONCA’s proclamation and what you need to do to get ready for the transition.
